Referee Registration Information 

• USSF Registration
  • Registration for 2024 is open. Rochester will host the required in person clinic on Saturday, March 23 2024. There will be other clinics around Minnesota
  • You can get more information on the Minnesota Soccer Referee Committe (MNSRC) web site on how to register with USSF
  • Follow the directions to register and pay your fees
  • Complete registration, online training requirements and register for a clinic on the the US Soccer Learning Center. We will hold an in-person clinic in Rochester. SMSRA will also meet with parents of youth referees before or after the in-person training for about 30 minutes to discuss using our assigning program and answer any questions. This will included game experience, mentoring, game assignments, setting availability, accepting games and getting paid.
  • Registration Fees for 2024 is around $60. When you go to register you will see the fees for 2024. If you are over 18 you will also need to pay for a background check. Referees will also need to purchase a Referee kit (uniform and equipment). Cost of the referee kit will be $70 to $80.

• Once you have completed your USSF Certification SMSRA will send information on how to access to the program we use for game assignments.
